We’re delighted to be showing at ICFF in New York 18^th – 21^st May and we hope you’ll come along and see all of us at Booth 2308.

Sophia our designer and Helene our product developer will be there on Saturday 18^th and Sunday 19^th May and Amanda and I will be there on Monday 20^th and Tuesday 21st. We have further meetings in New York on the 22^nd and 23^rd. If you want to arrange to meet us either at ICFF, or later in the week, please let me know by return so we can put it on our schedule.

We will be showing our range of fabrics, blankets throws and cushions in pure new wool and lambswool. We will also showcase our new upholstery fabrics - made in all British yarn and suitable for contract use, along with a great range of bags and accessories featuring our signature cloths.

All our designs are exclusively woven by us at our very own mill in Pembrokeshire which has been in our family for over 100 years. Many of our fabrics are vintage classics dating from the 1950s but re coloured to suit contemporary taste.

We specialise in short runs with bespoke and custom ranges for designers, hotels and selected stores This year we are collaborating on projects with Heals, Tate Britain and The Victoria & Albert Museum in London.

We’ve been back from Milan some weeks now and I’ve been too busy to update the blog. but now here are some images from our time in Milan. I think the woman below embodies the style of the city. Enjoy

Melin Tregwynt will be showing in Milan next week and we’d like to welcome you to EDIT by designjunction inside La Pelota. Regular visitors to Milan Design Week will know this historic former sports arena well. We’re sharing the space with a number of other major design brands and old friends. The venue is also the main press registration centre for the Brera design district and Dezeen’s HQ in Milan for the fair. La Marzocco will also be offering their Italian coffee expertise so there are loads of reasons to visit.

Alun Callender - portrait of a Mill

Last year Homes & Gardens magazine commissioned talented photographer Alun Callender to head West into the beautiful Pembrokeshire landscape to visit us here at Melin Tregwynt.

He spent the day photographing the mill and many of us who work here. Here are some of his images.

St David's Day at Melin Tregwynt

Aelwen and Sarah from the mill decided to celebrate St David’s day in style. We couldn’t resist photographing the two of them and we’ve decided that next year we’ll all be doing it!

We enter the celebrity big brother house

Well here we are rubbing shoulders with the “stars” as our blankets were chosen for the Celebrity Big Brother House on Channel 5. It came as a complete surprise when they ordered the blankets and throws just before Christmas, but we managed to supply every thing they needed. I’ve no idea who chose us but they do look great!
